Honest product recommendations for perimenopause. Coming soon.
Perimenopause changes your skin, your sleep, and your patience for marketing nonsense. We're building a free tool that matches you with skincare, supplements, and wellness products based on your actual symptoms, and tells you honestly when something isn't worth your money.
We'll email you once, when it's ready. That's it.
How it will work
Three steps to a better shortlist
Answer a short quiz.
A few minutes on your symptoms: skin changes, sleep, mood, hormonal breakouts, dryness, plus whether you're on HRT or other medications. No account required.
Get matched, with receipts.
Our engine compares your answers against a researched product catalog. Every recommendation shows a confidence level and cites its source. If nothing's a great fit, we say so.
Know when to skip us entirely.
Some questions belong with a clinician, not a quiz: dosage questions, symptoms that need medical attention, anything involving your medications. When that's the case, we'll tell you to talk to a professional instead of selling you something.
What makes this different
We say the quiet part out loud
We'll tell you when a product is mediocre.
Our catalog notes include the unflattering parts: overpriced, thin evidence, 'fine but not better than the cheap one.' If we wouldn't recommend it to a friend, we won't recommend it to you.
Interactions get flagged, not glossed over.
Some popular supplements interact with HRT, thyroid medication, antidepressants, or blood thinners. Our ingredient research flags these, and where the evidence is unclear, we say that too.
Yes, we use affiliate links.
That's how a free tool pays for itself. But recommendations are chosen before affiliate relationships are considered, and we recommend products we earn nothing from when they're the better pick. Full details in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Affiliate DisclosureWe are not doctors.
This tool offers product research, not medical advice. Our ingredient safety notes are compiled from cited sources and reviewed for accuracy, but your prescriber or pharmacist always has the final word.
Be first to try it.
